Processing Time:

- All orders take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

- During high-volume times (sales, holidays), allow up to 5 business days.

Shipping Time:

- Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–3 business days (U.S.).

- Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order is on the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

- Once your package is scanned by USPS/UPS, it is out of our hands.

- Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

- We are not responsible for delays, lost/stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons:

All sales are final. No returns. No refunds. No exchanges.

Exceptions:

- If there’s a rare case of receiving the wrong length or texture, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

- Hair must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for any exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

We do not allow buyers to change lengths, textures, or addresses after checkout.

We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive it. .
